The Contest begins at 12:01 AM on June 18, 2017 and ends at 11:59 PM on July 9, 2017. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on July 9, 2017 in order to be eligible. Immediate family members of employees, agents, officers, directors, members or owners of ESF Camps or The Phillies are not eligible to enter to win. To enter the contest during the Contest Period, visit philliesphantasycamp.com and access the Father’s Day Contest tab and then follow the provided instructions. As part of the entry, you will be required to submit a statement of 150 words or less (“Essay”) about ‘Why Dad Should Be At Phillies Phantasy Camp’ and a photo (“Photo”) of the nominated dad. The Essay must be written by you, true, verifiable and submitted in the English language. All photos must have been taken by you (professional photos and photos with watermarks are not eligible). You must have the permission of any person you identify or otherwise refer to in your Essay or Photo. All eligible registrations will be reviewed and a winner will be selected on the basis of their Essay being compelling, creative, original and relevant to the theme. There will be one (1) Prize awarded consisting of a scholarship (estimated value of $2500) for the Player Experience at Phillies Phantasy Camp in the form of a discount code that can be used at registration. The winner(s) will be contacted by phone or email on or before July 30, 2017. The Contest Winner is responsible for the remaining registration balance (estimated $2550 including the registration fee) and must register online for the Phillies Phantasy Camp Player Experience within 5 days of being selected and notified as the Winner by visiting philliesphantasycamp.com and accessing the Sign Up Today tab and then following the provided instructions. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Contest Entities (ESF Camps and The Phillies) and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the or Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto). Where prohibited by law, the winner’s registration and acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for ESF Camps and The Phillies to use, publish, post or display said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and any attributable quotes for any purpose by not limited to advertising, trade, promotional and publicity purposes in all forms of media and without further authorization, opportunity to review, approval, notification or compensation.
